Momma knows best!
Michael Jackson's attorneys filed that his mother Katherine be the administrator over his estate because there was no valid will that could be found.
Attorneys for the Jackson family filed court papers today asking that Michael Jackson's mother administer the pop star's estate.
The court papers reveal that Jackson died "intestate," meaning he left no valid will and that his assets are greater than the sum of his debts and other financial obligations. (Well thank God for that!)
She also has been granted temporary custody by a Los Angelos Superior Court judge! Go Katherine!
(continued information regarding Michael's will)
The attorneys also asked that the court allow Katherine Jackson serve as administrator of the will without posting a bond, which sometime in such cases as this, can be granted. “Given the nature and extent of the descendant assets, it would be difficult if not impossible to quantify their value at this time," the attorneys said in court papers.

During Katherine's filing, the papers include that the children's biological mother, Debbie Rowe, does not have a relationship with them and that if she won custody, it would be "detrimental" to the minors. Prince Michael Jr., 12, Paris Michael Katherine, 11, and Prince Michael II, 7, are living with their grandparents and have a "long established relationship" with her, the filing stated.
